LEADERSHIP EDUCATION CONFERENCE 2025
For years we have talked about changing how we lead. Now it’s time to act.
Learn from the world’s leading organizations that are helping individuals achieve results that make lasting changes in human behavior, often the most difficult challenge any individual faces. When accomplished, it can be the most durable competitive advantage.
We are excited to bring Disney Institute, FranklinCovey, The Table Group, and The Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) to the Lowcountry to foster growth and empowerment. There has not been a time that four of the leading professional development companies have been in our area at the same time. You are in for an amazing 48 hours of intense leadership training.
Most organizations, teams, schools, and families today still operate from a model of “Command & Control,” focusing on hierarchies and compliance from people. But because of the changing nature of the world, the workforce, the work itself, and the choices we have for where and how to work and live, these old rules of leadership no longer apply.
Trust & Inspire is a New Way of Leading
It starts with the belief that people are creative, collaborative, and full of potential.
People with this kind of leadership are inspired to become the best version of themselves and to produce their best work.
People don’t want to be managed; they want to be led.
ONE VISION. ONE SYSTEM. ONE TEAM.™
If you’ve hit a wall and your business has hit a ceiling, help is on the way.
Tens of thousands of business leaders like you – with 10-250 employees – have achieved rapid growth and a more balanced life by running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System. EOS isn’t a computer operating system. It’s a people operating system that harnesses human energy through a simple set of tools and principles.
You didn’t become an entrepreneur to feel burned out or stuck in place. EOS gets you “unstuck” by organizing the hundreds of challenges you face every day and making them more manageable. You’re able to solve issues before they become problems, get the right people in the right seats, make meetings so productive that you actually look forward to them, and build a culture of accountability.
When you run on EOS, everyone is working toward the same goals. Your business runs more smoothly and profitably. You break through the ceiling to achieve growth. And you simply enjoy life more.
The 6 types of Working Genius is a new model that helps people discover their natural gifts and thrive in their work and life. When people are able to better understand the types of work that bring them more energy and fulfillment and avoid work that leads to frustration and failure, they can be more self-aware, more productive and more successful.
Working Genius identifies the six fundamental activities that are required for any type of work and provides a simple framework for how work gets done. Too many people feel frustrated, underutilized or misunderstood at work. Far too many teams experience failure, feel stuck or are confused because they don’t know how to tap into the people around them. Working Genius is changing the way people are thinking about their work and teams, and is leading to more dignified, fulfilled and successful work.
Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence
At Disney Institute, they believe leadership is not defined by your title, but by your actions. Your values inform how you lead, creating an example for others to follow. In this session, you’ll get insights into how leaders at Disney Parks & Resorts create shared values and a compelling vision to make a positive impact on their teams.
Their Leadership Excellence course is based on a time-tested approach demonstrated throughout our daily operations. They have learned that leaders who intentionally nurture an environment of mutual trust and respect tend to drive stronger employee performance, which leads to exceptional customer service—and ultimately—improved business results.
Learn How To:
- Identify the personal values that drive you as a leader
- Create alignment between your personal values and vision and those of the business or team
- Share a compelling vision for the future that drives action today
- Understand the values-infused role of a leader in culture-building and team support
- Sustain your organization’s values and vision during times of change
- Gain insight into establishing your own legacy as a leader
